Cleanforce Partnership Opportunity

A CleanForce Partnership is a very simple proposition:

Why spend £15,000 or more on a cleaning franchise, when you could become a CleanForce Partner for a fraction of the cost? (with the exception of Central London, which is under the direct management of CleanForce Head Office).

A CleanForce Partnership gives you all the advantages of a franchise: a professional image, initial and on going training, help with marketing, accounting and all the legal stuff, in order to become a successful cleaning contractor.

If you already are a cleaning operator you can continue to operate under your existing name whilst benefiting from our resources. What a Partnership doesn’t do is bind you to a one-sided franchise agreement. There are no restrictions on what you can do, where you can do it or for how long.

There is an initial fee to join us (much less than the cost of a franchise licence). We are very flexible: You can purchase a regular daily cleaning contract, which you can operate under your own name (as a Main-Contractor), or you can operate under the CleanForce name (as a Sub-Contractor) and we deduct a percentage of the contract revenue once a month.

You can start as a Sub-Contractor at a site and then at a later date become the Main-Contractor. You can be a Sub-Contractor at one site and a Main-Contractor elsewhere.

We offer a transparent menu based pricing system for purchasing other services: anything from a business card or letterhead, to a telemarketing campaign or even a fully interactive website of your own.
