Introducing New Clients

We will pay you 10% of the monthly office cleaning element (not including materials or VAT)of any invoice that we issue to clients that have come to us through your referral.

For example where the monthly invoice is £500 we will pay you £50 every month for as long as we keep the client, either to you, your company or a nominated charity.

There are two types of leads that we pay commission on:

> INTRODUCTION This is where there is a link between you and the business that you are referring to us. For example you will know the name of the office manager or their assistant, and they will know who you are.

> INTELLIGENCE This is where you have knowledge that a business is relocating, refurbishing or is having problems with their cleaners. There does not need to be a link between you and the lead.

Q ::: How will I know how much the invoice is for, and for how long you have the client?

A ::: We send out our invoices calender monthly, you will be notified of the amount for any relevant locations. If a client terminates a contract, you will be able to contact them directly to confirm the details. This will now become a good lead for you to refer elsewhere.

Q ::: How can I refer a potential client?

A ::: It’s simple, just complete the brief form and we’ll do the rest. You will be kept informed of all progress via email and text messages.

Q ::: How do I get paid?

A ::: You just submit your invoice for the relevant amount and we will pay you within seven days. If you are a CleanForce client we can if you prefer discount the amount from your cleaning bill.
