Introducing New Clients

We will pay you 10% of the monthly office cleaning invoice that we issue to clients that have come to us through your referral.

For example where the monthly invoice is £500 we will pay you £50 every month for the lifetime of the contract either to you, your company or a nominated charity.

A referral is where you tell us the name of the office manager and we mention your name when we contact them. It’s that simple.

There are two types of leads that we pay commission on:

> TYPE A This is where there is a link between you and the company that you are referring to us. For example you will know the name of the office manager or their assistant, and they will know who you are.

> TYPE B This is where you have knowledge that a business is relocating, refurbishing or is having problems with their cleaners. There does not need to be a link between you and the lead.

Q ::: How will I know how much the invoice is for, and for how long you have the client?
A ::: You will have a password that will allow you to log in to the secure area of the website, where you will see a list of all invoices issued to clients referred to us by you. When a client terminates a contract, you will be able to contact them directly to confirm the details.

Q ::: How can I refer a potential client?
A ::: It’s simple, just complete the brief form and we’ll do the rest. You will be able to follow our progress via your own password-protected page. You will be sent an introducer agreement form and password the next working day.
